after the last update, a lot of popstate-1.dat through popstate- 267.dat appeared in my postvak ín, can I delete those files?

Sorry. I had to remove my question, as my ....dat files were actually properly deleted by TB. They clog up in my NAS's recycle bin.

Not a TB problem.
