Templates sent from one account end up in the wrong sent folder.

So I've read that the above has been a long standing problem, something with the template ID's not corresponding with the account ID. I've also read this problem had been solved in one of the beta versions so I installed the beta versions.

All was going well until today when messages from templates were sent and started ending up in the wrong sent folders again. On a few of those we had a yellow error banner stating something about wrong identities on which we had the option to change the "From" identity, fixing the problem for that particular e-mail.

But after close inspection of the sent folders we noticed that messages from the Amsterdam account had been sent from the Berlin account without a warning or error banner. This is quite an issue because it's not very professional making such mistakes. What else could we possibly do to circumvent this problem?

PS. It should be noted that all of the accounts(7) are active on two devices. All had been installed in the same order (alphabetical), the templates had been written on device A (A for reference).

The account number will usually be different, even if the accounts are added in the same order. I have seen instances where the default "local folders" account is referenced as 2. and it was surely the first in there.

I suggest you open each of these templates check the sender and save them again. Even better would be to have one instance doing all the replies. Then you would not have an issue with moving templates

Everything looks like it's supposed to be.

That's not really an option at our company just by the sheer quantity of replies being have to sent daily..

Isn't there a way to change the ID's of the accounts to match up on both devices?
