help's bubbles have no text inside in FF-59.0.2 under Linux

Bonjour,

Sur la page web"New Tab"si je passe la souris sur la croix en bas à droite, ou sur l'icone de l'engrenage (gear) en haut à droite,ou au dessus de l'icone twitter sur "edit", j'ai une info-bulle mais il n'y a aucun texte dedans? Donc je ne sais pas à quoi sert cette croix,engrenage,etc.... Cet idem dans la Menu Bar/Bookmarks/ tous les bookmarks que je rentre et même ceux déjà inscrits et sur lesquels je passe la souris me donne un info-bulle vide de texte?

On this URL"New Tab" if I move the mouse over these icons,cross bottom right,or gear top right,or over "edit" top of the Twitter icon,I 'll get normally and "help bubble"with à text inside, isn't it; but there is no text? Why? So ,I don't now wich fonction is. Likewise I don't get any text inside the bubble ,over my bookmarks or bookmarks already in Bookmarks Menu

I use Linux Triton 6, FF59.0.2/ ublock origin/https everywhere, and PrivacyBadger.Can they be responsible? I didn't try FF before installing them or without them. Thanks for your help.

HI, let's try this to find out : SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • all extensions are disabled (about:addons)
  • default theme is used (no persona)
  • userChrome.css and userContent.css are ignored (chrome folder)
  • default toolbar layout is used (file: localstore-safe.rdf)
  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected

Sorry for my english ,it's not my first language.If you please ,try to reply in french as possible; as technicals answers are hard to understand if not in French for me,(but if you cannot nevermind).

I make a mistake in my first post, there is text inside bubble ,..when I move over cross or other object, but it use black letters, it 's why i didn't see it. Sorry On my machine I have FF ESR 52.7.3 too, and the same things append. But on another machine with Xubuntu 14... FF Quantum; the text is white in the black bubble, so it's better to see it. How to change the text from black to white,is it in userChrome.css and userContent.css? Thanks,very much
