How do I gain access to the following site using Firefox bowser: https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect/protected/portlet/ ?

The owner of www.dmdc.osd.mil has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

I am also unable to add a Security Exception to proceed to the website. I use Bitdefender 2018 as my Security application. I do not have a problem access the site using MS IE 11, MS Edge, or Google Chrome.
