It asks if I want to create a new email account, but has no reference to old ones. (I had 3 separate email addresses (which have all worked fine) - but now they are gone. Were working on Feb 11, but now nothing.

Thanks christ1. I have managed to get the mail back for one email address, but not the folders or other two email addresses. When trying to import it says "No application to import data from found." Appreciate your help.

I don't know where in the support article linked above was anything mentioned about importing stuff. So it seems you didn't follow the instructions. Neither did you explain what you did. This way I can't help you.
