Windows Toolbar not visible with 58.0

There is an issue with the windows 10 Task/Toolbar in Firefox 58.0. When the windows toolbar is set to auto-hide, it will not re-appear with mouse-over when the Firefox window is maximized (not full-screen). It will re-appear in any other situation, e.g. with other programs, or when Firefox window is not maximized. It will appear when pressing the windows key. When going full-screen (F11) and back, the Taskbar will appear with mouse-over, but this will not work anymore again after Firefox restart.
