I am not seeing anything offensive on that site with the video on the site having been removed by Youtube and the owner of the video having their Youtube account terminated.

If you still want to block that site, the best option is to contact your internet or telecoms provider.

I have tried to open that site and (further to some checking) have found that it is not registered. Can you check the address?
