How do I delete an item in sync

I have several duplicate items in Sync and want to delete them completely, how do I do this? I also have several Sync listings that do not enter password when I have a 2nd log in page asking for password. How do I make Sync to enter on second page? When opening an Adobe attachment in Firefox how do I get it to auto open instead of having to click on tool bar?
