you folk's have been very helpfull when i've asked some simple questions just because i can't find the MENU BUTTON after i was told right where it is? guess what there's not one anywhere on the page! i recond i've lost some BRAIN at my age, but i can'tunderstand the lingo! There is the Hidden Menu at the top. Mouse to top of Browser and Right Click in a Empty Spot, Click Menu Bar.

There is also another Menu to the far right. it is the 3 Bar 's

Please do this 1st before install : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer Will have for a long time if export and overwrite the file. Save safe place.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.2 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

If this is a really old system/low ram then need to be on here please and not the above.

52.5.0 ESR. It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.

You should make a backup of your Profile before going back and just because: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
