"Messages Could Not Be Filtered..." on SDD disk only

I have just upgraded my computer, I have 2 disks, one is a very fast SSD and second is HDD. When I keep Thunderbird Portable on my SSD disk I'm getting "Messages Could Not Be Filtered..." message, when I move it to HDD everything work flawlessly. I have not changed configuration or anything, never got such problem in the past and I'm able to replicate this error anytime.

The SSD is 3200/1800 read/write speed, Samsung 960 EVO 500GB M.2 (MZ-V6E500BW).

It seems as if Thunderbird has some problems in case of ultra fast disk access, as if it assumed that reads took longer than code execution (which is correct in case of traditional disks).
