more options

Hi there! After restarting my browser, my new tab pages are always blank, and I've seen things about going to about:config and reseting certain things on it. But I don't get those options on there, and was wondering what other options there could possibly be to get the search bar and the most viewed websites back on the page. Thanks for understanding!

The picture I've uploaded is what my new tab page looks like! ( If the picture actually loaded. )
