How can I identify and restore the home calender task file after I deleted it by mistake?

I managed to delete my 'home' calender without realising that it contains all my tasks. I have searched my profile folder but can't identify which file or folder might contain those tasks, which I really need to recover. I have a daily backup of my system, so if anyone can help me to identify that file it would be much appreciated !

Look for a folder 'calendar-data' underneath your Thunderbird profile folder.

Backup that folder first.

I'd then restore the entire 'calendar-data' folder from the backup. Make sure Thunderbird is closed when doing that.

To locate your Thunderbird profile folder see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_how-to-find-your-profile
