(Quantum Suggestion) Search suggestion should change to the same search engine that the user chose with keyword

Keyword search is one of the best thing that happened to quantum firefox. However search suggestion doesn't go with the search engine that I choose through keyword. Instead, it chooses default search engine.

If user enters keyword to use different search engine, it makes sense to suggest from the same engine that the user called using keyword.
