Firefox won't print any pages for me anymore and just spits out blank pages

Good morning. I am having some problems with Firefox not printing. Every time I try and print a page in Firefox the printer spits out a blank page. I tried printing through Edge and there were no problems. I did reference a mozilla support page and noticed some discrepancies:

Section 1 mentions to check Firefox page settings. Right off the bat I think this could be a problem. I do not have a PRINT icon like it shows in the screenshot, neither in the box or in the additional tools and features list. I do not know what this means.

Section 3 says to reset Firefox printer settings. I did and no change.

Section 4 mentions resetting resetting all Firefox printer settings. The folder it mentions working with, prefs.js, is NOT in my profile.

I also tried changing the font settings as mentioned, but no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much and I hope to hear from someone soon.
