Thunderbird stopped working, have Restarted Thunderbird but my fo;ders have disappeared. Tried restarting computer scanned and fixed c drive faults. Tried Thunderbird again but still have no folders. Any help gratefully received.

Hi christ1, I've just revisited my question and see that hadza deeN has somehow put a question re his Macbbok. This has nothing at all to do with me. Once again many thanks for your trouble. Alan2592

HI christ1, I really do thank you for all the time and trouble you've spent on my problem but nothing seems to be helping. The fact that I'm quite old and not too savvy on Computers isn't helping either. I've decided that the only cure is to reinstall Thunderbird. Once again so grateful for your assistance. Alan2592
