Messages print very narrowly, I have to cut and paste to Word to get standard prints.

When I print messages the print out is very narrow and the font too small. I have to cut and paste to Word in order to get standard results.

have you checked the paper size set in Windows for your printer? ALmost all issues with print size come back to the paper size set for the printer, or the margins.
