Since late 2016 I have been having a problem with online credit card transactions when using Firefox. The procedure uses the acssb.bankserv.co.za website. I enter my credit card details and the next screen asks for my cellphone number. A text message is then send with an OTP (one time password) which I then enter. The next page has the title "Summary" but is blank. (If I view source, then there is html code)

If I use Chrome or Edge, the transaction processes correctly and I am returned to the vendors website.

I have contacted bankserv, but since the process works in Chrome and Edge, they blame Firefox.

I have tried with ESET disabled, but the transaction still fails.
