Pop up window inside a website not functional

i have a website that from it i can click a button to launch a popup window, this window is launched but i cannot select from the the list of options inside it as if this popup window is not functional (like a static page) Plz your help is appreciated

Would you check to see if   JavaScript &nbsp is enabled:
Type in the address bar   about:config   <Enter> (promise to be careful) Scroll way down under the Preference Name heading,   till you find
'JavaScript enabled'   and set it's value to   'True'
