Why I cannot select any item in Sync?

I had to reinstall my computer completely. I installed latest Firefox 49.0.1 and I wanted to use Sync to restore my previous settings. I Signed In successfully, but I cannot select any item (checkbox) under "Sync across all devices". When I try to select some item, it becomes grey (like disabled). So Sync doesn't work, because anything is selected for synchronization. What can I do to fix it?
