when I right click anchor to open it in new tab, the anchor options are not shown. I am on http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/senate/2016_elections_senate_map.html and when I click a state to see details, I also get the popup. It does not happen all the time, and I have not been able to see what is different than when it does versus when it does not.
