Enable automatic login to Office 365 sites

My organisation hosts many things using Office 365 with many URLs that link to Office 365.

On IE, those URLs automatically log me in transparently and take me directly to the required URL. On FF, the URLs take me to the Office 365 login page, present me with my login ID (as a URL) and ask me to login. I click the provided URL ... and it simply keeps returning to the same page to ask me to login.

Any ideas how to make it behave as IE and pass me through the login transparently to the requested URL?
