Unable to download and install Spotify from download folder?

The first phase of the process works, i.e, from the spotify website by clicking download I am able to save it to the download folder. Next, by double clicking the saved .exe folder, generally speaking I should be able to run and install to my device. On the first click the drop down menu/download folder closes, hence double clicking is never accomplished.

Can you help me resolve this please, thank you?

Hell Rajnesh, if you want to download spotify for your windows vista, note that spotify needs Windows 7 or above :-)
