How can I import my contacts from AOL?

I'm new to Thunderbird. But I can't seem to import my contacts from AOL or from my iphone. How do I do it? I'd think itd be done by the drop down menu but it doesn't connect to aol.

You'll need to export them from the AOL website (most likely to a CSV file) and you import the file into Thunderbird's Address Book.
