ADFS certificate authentication does not work from Firefox in windows and MAC

Hi,

We have implemented multi factor authentication with Webex meeting center using ADFS 3.0 . Certificate authentication is being used as the second method and form based authentication as primary auth. This is working fine from IE and chrome. However when using firefox it goes to the select certificate page but I never get a prompt to choose one. After few minutes it just fails. Doing a trace on ADFS and WAP servers show that the client browser are presenting a null certificate when a certificate is required. The issue is the same for firefox in windows as well as MAC. Can anyone suggest or help on this?
