This crash should occur when you click on a specific mail, Possibly all mail from a particular sender is involved. The cause is sort of understood, but the developers are unable to reproduce the error, so can not really fix it.

If you are able to identify a particular email that causes a crash, that would be most helpful in fixing the issue.

Thank you for your reply Matt. Well yes, you are right. Most of the time my thunderbird crash whenever I try to open a mail but not from the same sender.

Also I want to share with you that I am receiving all my mails to Thunderbird installed to different system as well but that system works properly. It doesn't crash at all.

So can you suggest, do I need to uninstall and install Thunderbird again.

If you have a mail that consistently crashes Thunderbird, we would actually like to see the mail in the hope of using it to reproduce your issue.
