Telstra call centre set up Thunderbird as my email client when I was having trouble with webmail. I have now installed Windows 10 and am using the Outlook email client for my email. I want to remove the Thunderbird client but archive my emails. I understand that they can be archived as outlook email? Can you please help me with both issues.

Thunderbird know nothing of outlook as an application.
