How do I set "Supports Hardware H264 Decoding" to yes in "about:support"?

Hi,

I am using Firefox 44 from Ubuntu Studio 14.04 LTS. From "about:support", I would like to set "Supports Hardware H264 Decoding" to yes? I also found that Firefox 44 should enable H264 Decoding by default. My graphic card is "GeForce GTX 750 Ti/PCIe/SSE2".
