Why all of a sudden are all company emails marked junk even though they are in my address book?

No matter how many times I mark them not junk - still doesn't help the problem. Just happens on company emails.

Are they exact matches? I find a lot of these commercial email messages use a bewildering range of local parts in their "from:" addresses and it's rare for many of them to match the address book entry.

Perhaps you could add their domain names to the "allow" list now found under Tools|Options.

Who is your email provider? I've found with an Exchange based account that immediately after I move a message from Inbox to Junk, it pops back again. The solution is to move it to a different Junk folder, such as the one in Local Folders. I'm wondering if removing your messages to a separate folder would help you. Filters could be set up to do this automatically.
