With Winows 10 and Firefox cannot access www.googleadservcies.com. Why?

I can access www.google.co.uk okay. If I select HD TVs I get results but if I then try to access google ads I get message Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.googleadservices.com.

I am using a laptop with windows 10 and Firefox 42.0.

I am using Virgin media HUB.

Any suggestions?

As a test, disable your protection programs.

I disabled Norton Smart Firewall and Norton Auto-Protect but still had the same problem. I have now tried with a Sky broadband I am having the same problem. I have also tried with Windows Edge, Opera , IE11 and Chrome.

No problems with Virgin and XP and Firefox.

Suggests it is a Windows 10 problem - what a shock.

How do I get Microsoft to react?
