I work for a small chain restaurant and we use thunderbird to get our reservations There is chart that lists

location Date Time ext

Recently, all of our emails coming in have location and date blocked out. For example,

location-[dynamictext-17] Date-[dynamictext-45] Time-1:00 People-8

Our tech support was not able to figure it out and this is a HUGE problem as all locations are not able to see when of if they have a reservation for that night.

It's unlikely that this is a Thunderbird issue. Have your tech support check the web site back end server where customers place their reservations.
