I use TB from a variety of Windows flavours (XP, 7 and 8). Can you elaborate more on the issue?
Click on Start and type "Event Viewer". Look for a relevant error log under the applications folder and supply the error code and/or message. It will paint a better picture as to what is happening specifically to your PC.
