I am trying to move an email account over from outlook express. The account is Smitty@smittysrvwelding.net. When I enter the information on Thunderbird it tells me the email/password is incorrect. I am putting in exactly what I use to sign in to outlook. What do I need to do.

It might be the format of the username that is wrong. If you try putting in just the username rather than the whole email address for the username, does that work?
