That looks like a problem with the Silverlight plugin that shows in the System Details list. 

Process Type 	plugin Silverlight Plug-In Version:5.1.40416.0 Filename:npctrl.dll

Make sure that you have the latest version of all plugins and possibly set all plugins to "Ask to Activate" in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins".
