For Firefox, get the one for "plugin-based browsers", either the EXE or MSI format should work.
I noticed you have an extension named "Updated Ad Blocker for Firefox 11+". That's actually very out of date now and if you want an ad blocking extension, Adblock Plus probably is a better choice and certainly more up-to-date.
