Is it possible to easily create a shortcut for view image? I'd love ctrl-Left-mouseclick.

As far as I know you can't perform task with shortcut if that isn't in this list: Keyboard shortcuts - Perform common Firefox tasks quickly.

Though you don't prefer addons, this is a very easy tool: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/customizable-shortcuts/
