HI vikacafe, I understand that some history and images are missing from Firefox. I am sorry to hear this. However once history has been deleted it cannot be recovered. If there is a back up of the computer you can use these instructions to restore the profile:

Are you using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear any personal data?

• Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": [X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings

Note:

• Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, passwords, and other website specific data.
• Clearing cookies will remove all specified (selected) cookies including cookies with an allow exception that you would like to keep.

If you have reset/refresh Firefox then you should have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.

When you reset/refresh Firefox then a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, form data) is automatically imported. The current profile folder will be moved to an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop. Installed extensions and other customizations (toolbars, prefs) that you have made are lost and need to be redone.

It is possible to recover data from the old profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
