Hi!

I have several email accounts configured in my thunderbird, which is configured in the unified view perspective. They all work if I click them to see only the emails for the specific account, except for one. As soon as I press that one thunderbird crashed... I've already deleted the account and reconfigured it again... and the same problem happens.... Does anyone know how to fix this?

One of the IDs of the errors is this 726ca18a-986b-44ca-9b20-c1bc72150618 and the main crash reason is EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ... but I've disabled all the add-ons and the same error also occurs....

Thank you so much! Cheers

A fix has been developed, but will not be available for version 38 for approximately two weeks. Until then I suggest you download and install version 31.7.0 from http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/31.7.0/win32/en-US/Thunderbird%20Setup%2031.7.0.exe It should not cause your messages to redownload. If you are using the calendar addon you will need to reinstall version 3 of the calendar addon (which should not affect the calendars you are using).

If this crashes easily enough for you, would you be willing to test a development build with the patch in the next 24-48 hours?
