I still cannot add any recipients into my emails unless I drag and drop them; however, even then, I can only add as many that will fit into one line.

If I use the contacts sidebar and try to add from there, nothing happens. I can't even get one recipient into an email (To, CC, or BCC). Things seemed to be working okay until the last update to 31.7.0. Can someone please help me with this issue? I can only use Thunderbird, at this point, if I am replying to or emailing 1-4 people.

I use Windows 7. I have tried removing all add-ons, and I still have the problem.

Thank you.

Well you said you had disabled all add-ons. Either that was not correct or you are using a non default theme that is not really compatible with the current version. Safe mode only disables add-ons and themes.

Themes - I do have Personas for Thunderbird. Let me try disabling that.

It was Personas. Thank you Matt for helping me. I really apprecaite it.

As there are another lot of interface changes coming along with Version38 in the next few weeks. I suggest you do not use a theme until after V38 is released and then do your searching from within Thunderbird so only Themes compatible with your version are available for install.

Note that personas have been renamed themes and what we themes are now "Complete" themes.

So personas should no longer be required.
