Recently I set up a Thunderbird email account on our old computer. I replaced the computer recently. The thunderbird account transferred but somehow there are two accounts showing up. They both get the same emails. Kind of odd. But I'd like to remove one of them. Any idea how?

Also, my contacts disappeared when I changed computers, which surprised me.

You haven't told us how you "transferred" from one computer to another. Did you copy the Thunderbird profile from the old to the new?

I put everything on a portable hard drive and it was just there after everything was set up. Then I tried to change it from either pop to idap (?) but I don't remember why. I havn't found my contacts and have had to add them manually, which surprised me.
