From the Menu Bar select Tools-Options-Composition-Addressing

From the Menu Bar select Tools-Options-Composition-Addressing

It is only under Tools if you follow the directions provided and use the menu bar. If using the AppMenu button you click that, then hover over Options and then select Options.
