When I start Thunderbird, sometimes I get a message in the lower half of the message screen that it can't reach live.mozillamessaging.org, and the program has no online access. Sometimes restarting it a few times fixes the problem, sometimes a computer reboot fixes it. I do have Internet access since other programs can get online with no problems. I am using Norton 360 and the program rules allow Thunderbird complete access. The strange thing about this problem is that it's random, and can happen when I haven't made any changes except to restart Thunderbird, or do a system restart.
