Where do I find a plug-in for Optimum Voicemail?

In trying to listen to my Optimum Voice-mail, I get the message, "A plug-in is needed to display the content." I contacted Optimum (my ISP) and they said to contact Mozilla for support.

Install the Plugin version of Flash for Firefox to use.

Try installing Flash to see if that is the plugin that is needed. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

I already have Adobe Flash Player on my computer. Internet Explorer shows it as an add-in. How do I get Firefox to recognize it as a plug-in?
