Starting about a week ago, there is about a 10 second delay when I click on a web link in an email before my browser is called on this machine (Win 7 -TB31.3.0

I have multiple machines with TB and Chrome. This delay when started about a week ago and is very annoying. Tried TB with add-ons disabled with no improvement.
