I was browsing with Firefox when it suddenly froze, so I force quit and when I tried to restart it, it opens then freezes and does the spinning cursor wheel indefinitely.

I tried restarting and shutting down my Mac. Then I tried to reset Firefox, but it doesn't respond. So I tried to open it in Safe Mode, but it still opens then immediately starts the spinning wheel, making me have to force quit it. I then tried doing a fresh install as suggested on these forums, but have tried several times, and the same problem still happens.

Help!

Edit: Sorry! I was trying to set up account for forums and thought my original post didn't go through. Please delete/disregard.
