Thunderbird used to display the address book to the left of my messages. Now it does not. How can I get it to do this again?

Thunderbird used to display the address book to the left of my messages. Now it does not. How can I get it to do this again?

If you are talking about the Contact Sidebar in the Write window, open a Write window and press F9 to turn it on.

If you are talking about having it display next to your Inbox in the main window you must have had an add on doing this for you. It is not native to Thunderbird. I am not even sure why you would want it there.
