Migrating from a Desktop PC OS=XP to a Laptop OS=7Pro? Need folders and Address Book to new Laptop.

7 folders with 287 messages parsed between them. Installed TB on the Laptop and clicked on get messages and ALL of the messages went to the InBox. Is there a way to get the messages to the right folder without having to move each one at a time? Folders are on the desktop (XP).

Would also be handy to move the address book entries without having to manually reenter eadh one.

Copy the Thunderbird profile from the XP system to the W7 system.
