On opening Thunderbird, I am presented with the initial greeting page, but cannot access my inbox at all. I am now using another computer in order to communicate with Mozilla support, since most answers require that one receive an email response, and I am unable to receive or access any emails on my principal computer.

How can I regain access to my Inbox?

I just need to confirm if it is only happening when you use Thunderbird?
