Had to go back and re-install windows 8.1, in the process Firefox updated, now I have lost all bookmarks. I'm heartbroken and destroyed. Please someone help me get these back. It contains years of research. I tried going to about:support; however when I click on Bookmarkbackups folder, it's giving me a file which I don't know how/what to use to open it.
