when I click on ff a box pops up asking if it can change the hard drive. How do I stop this?

When I access firefox a box pops up asking if it can make changes to the hard drive. This is on my laptop and just started. How do I stop this from occurring? I have moved the bar down in the area so as not to ask so much.

Hii mlj .. The answer to the qtn is 1. u might running the ff as the administrator to remove this setting u have to open the properties of ff by right clicking the ff icon, then go to compatibility tab uncheck the Run as adminstr.
