What website are seeing this error on? Give us a link to it.

And have you checked to see if Silverlight is installed in Firefox? From your list of installed plugins, I do not see it listed. This means it's not installed.

Use the Menu button on the far right side of the browser and click Add-ons. Then in the Add-ons Manager, click on the Plugins section and see if Silverlight is installed there.

It advises that it is installed. I notice that this is only occurring on my Windows 8.1 OS systems. It does not affect the 7OS. I will send this inquiry to Microsoft to see what I may get.
